Ayesha is a hardworking, dedicated and compassionate physio. Born and raised in Cape Town, she graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2018. Thereafter, she competed her community service year in the rural outskirts of East London at Hewu Hospital in Whittlesea. Being the first physiotherapist placed at the hospital in 10 years, she undertook the task of establishing and running the inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy department at the hospital.

From 2019-2025 she worked at Life Fourways Hospital in Johannesburg. She trained under experienced physiotherapists and honed her skills by treat critical patients in the intensive care unit and rehabilitating patients post major surgical procedures in the surgical wards. She also worked in the outpatient department where she treated patients with chronic back and neck pain, post spinal surgery and post orthopaedic surgery conditions. She is trained in Dry Needling and currently completing a Pilates instructor course.

In her free time, Ayesha loves spending her time with her friends and family. She loves exploring new places and restaurants. She is a huge advocate for living a healthy balanced lifestyle and enjoys working out in the gym and going on walks and hikes with friends.

  Ayesha is based at our Milllennium Business Park rooms and also treats Oasis residents.
