APPOINTMENTS

OUR HOURS ARE: 07h30 to 18h00 weekdays.

If you are a new patient we would like to put you at ease about your first session and tell you what to expect. All initial appointments are 45 minutes and then there Is a choice of 30 or 45 minutes for follow up sessions depending on the individual patient and condition being treated.

Our booking system will send you SMS with a link to fill in all your details online however you are also welcome to download the forms here – PATIENT DETAILS FORM & TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSENT FORM and complete them at home or come to the practice a few minutes early and complete them there.

Please can you arrive a few minutes early for your FIRST APPOINTMENT as you will need to fill in a basic details and consent form. You can DOWNLOAD THE FORMS BELOW if you would like to complete it before you arrive.

• If you have any scans, X-rays or Doctor's referral letter please bring them along with you.
• We do have shorts available but you are welcome to bring your own shorts if you feel more comfortable with this.
• If you are on Medical Aid, we charge Medical Aid rates and submit all claims direct to the Medical Aid for you, however the account still remains the patient’s responsibility.
