Natalie graduated from Wits in 2006, and has experience working with the rehabilitation of lower back and neck injuries. She has worked with corporate clients in the Sandton CBD, and alongside spinal surgeons complementing their interventions. She enjoys treating headaches, and TMJ pain associated with neck pain.Given her hospital experience she has guided patients through the rehabilitation of hip and knee replacements amongst others.
Natalie has worked abroad, however the love of South Africa brought her to Cape Town. In her time away she acquired experience in respiratory physiotherapy in children and adults, and uses techniques such as autogenic drainage.
Given her own injuries where she has torn her knee ligaments, she also has a special understanding of the rehab process. As a result she has completed her Sports physiotherapy modules. She is completing her vestibular rehabilitation course which addresses dizziness related to vestibular neuritis. Her hobbies include yoga, surfing and reading.
